Metal Plates for Deck Repair of Stairs

I am repairing my deck staircase. I need some straight metal plates with holes to secure the wood and support joints. Where do you get such plates. Would it be Home Depot?

There is a stair tread angle bracket made by Simpson that I have used many times before and it is great. It is a heavy guage hot dip galvanized 90 degree bracket that attaches to the stringer and underside of the stair treads. It might be what you want. These are available at Home Depot.
