Would this work?

I am planning on building a 110 foot wrap around fence in the front of my house. It would be 7 ft high with a trellis on top, the lower part would be a simple 2 by 10 with remesh on it. That part would only reach 5 ft high. Would the anchoring system work and could it with-stand the wind, since it would be about 10 ft between each post. Also i would be attaching this to concrete.

The 6x6 anchor might be best option
by: Editor - Rich Bergman

I would not recommend using a 4x4 post anchor on a 7 foot high fence. Its not designed to handle those loads.

Our 6x6 anchor currently available has an average load to failure of 506 lbs on a single 42" pine post. 5 feet is not too bad and it might work perfectly for that if you use proper fasteners into the substrate below.

But 7 feet is a bit much in my estimation.
